Privacy policy

What we collect

• What you send in the quote form: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), suburb, the job, any notes and any photos.
• Basic technical information our hosting service records when you visit, such as your IP address and the pages requested.

Why we collect it

To pass your enquiry to a local landscaper we work with, so they can contact you, visit and price the job. We don't use your details for anything else, and we don't pass them to anyone except as set out below.

Who we share it with

• One local landscaper (or fencer) we work with, who does the kind of job you asked about near you. They contact you directly, and from then on they handle your details under their own privacy obligations.
• Services that run the site for us: Cloudflare hosts the site and sends form enquiries, and Google's Gmail receives them. They handle the details only to provide that service, and may store them outside Australia.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any job that follows, then delete them.

Seeing or correcting your details

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email quotes@landscapingpenrith.com.au. If you're not happy with how we've handled your details, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with its date.
